Our consulting approach combines two professional disciplines rarely found together in hospitality consulting. One partner brings extensive experience as a professional industrial inspector trained to observe operational details, identify riskfactors, and evaluate environments systematically. The other partner is a Registered Nurse with experience in ICU, neonatal, and emergency room care, bringing a medical-level awareness of sanitation, safety, and environmental hygiene.
We evaluate hospitality environments from both a guest’s perspective and a trained professional lens, with a focus on front-of-house performance.
